A multi-faceted musician – composer of opera and film scores, conductor, teacher, chamber player – Jean-Claude Pennetier is above all a remarkable soloist and recitalist. 

Called "One of the greatest musicians of our time" by Leonard Bernstein, Mr. Pennetier was named a Chévalier de la Legion d'honneur in 2002.
